Terms of return
• the goods have not been used,
• the product's marketability and consumer properties are preserved: there are no traces of wear on the jewelry, the packaging is not damaged,
• no more than 20 days have passed since receipt of the goods due to a factory defect.

How do I return jewelry?
• to make a refund you need to contact our manager on whatsApp or send an email to juju.office@yandex.ruwhere you should indicate your order number, attach your purchase receipt and describe in detail the reason for the return,
• return is at the customer's expense, shipping costs are not refundable,
• once the return is received by the office, refunds from our side are made within 2-5 business days.
